Booking and pricing
How much does it cost to rent a bounce house from Spring Forward?
Bounce houses are $225 for the day. Combos with a slide run $299 to $325, water slides $325 to $650, obstacle courses $375 to $950, and foam parties $399 for the first hour. Delivery, setup and pickup are included in our standard area around Tifton; sales tax is extra. See the full South Georgia pricing guide.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A $30 credit-card deposit holds your date and counts toward your total. Orders over $500 need a $100 deposit. The balance is due on the day of your event, by cash or card.
What if I need to cancel or change my date?
Your deposit moves to any new date, for any reason: weather, sickness, a schedule change. It never expires and it is never refunded as cash. Anything you have paid beyond the deposit is refunded if you cancel.
Does the price include delivery and setup?
Yes, inside our standard delivery area around Tifton. Towns farther out carry a travel fee that is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices do not include sales tax.
Can I keep the bounce house for the whole weekend?
Yes. For inflatables, Friday delivery through Monday-morning pickup is available at the one-day price when routing allows. Foam parties and the 25-foot rock wall are hourly and don't stay overnight. Details in our weekend rental guide.
How far in advance should I book?
Book as soon as you have a date. Labor Day, fall Saturdays and summer water-slide weekends fill two to three weeks out, and $30 is all it takes to hold your spot.
What payments do you take?
Cash or credit card. If you pay cash on delivery, please have exact change; our drivers don't carry cash.
Delivery and setup
When do you deliver and set up?
It depends on the route that day. For a Saturday or Sunday party at a house, we usually set up Friday and pick up Monday morning. You'll get a text with our arrival window the day before.
Do you deliver outside Tifton?
Yes. We deliver to Valdosta, Moultrie, Albany, Cordele, Fitzgerald, Sylvester, Ashburn, Leesburg, Adel, Nashville, Ocilla, Hahira, Lenox, Norman Park and the towns around them. Farther towns carry a travel fee that shows at checkout. See all delivery areas.
Can you set up at a park?
Yes, and we do it often. Most parks have no electricity, so you'll need to confirm power or rent a generator from us. Park spots are first come, first served, so claim yours early in the day.
Space, power and surfaces
How much space do I need for a bounce house?
Most of our bounce houses are 15 by 15 feet, so plan on a flat, clear area of about 18 by 18 feet, plus a 4-foot-wide path to get the unit into the yard. Bigger combos and slides list their setup area on the item page. Our space guide walks you through measuring.
Do bounce houses need electricity?
Yes. The blower runs the whole time, so we need a standard 110-volt outlet within 100 feet of the setup spot. We bring heavy-duty cords. No outlet nearby? Rent a generator from us.
What surfaces can you set up on?
Grass is best for the kids and for the unit, and we also set up on dirt, asphalt and concrete. We can't set up on rocks or gravel because the rubbing wears through the vinyl.
Do the big units have special requirements?
Check the setup area listed on each item page and make sure we have a 4-foot-wide clear path; some units weigh up to 650 pounds. If you have stairs or a tiered yard, call us before you book so we can plan the setup.
Weather, safety and cleaning
What happens if it rains on my party?
If the weather makes the day unsafe, with lightning, high winds or heavy rain, we move your deposit to a new date at no charge. A wet bounce house is slippery, so keep kids out until it dries and turn the blower off in high winds.
Are your bounce houses clean?
Yes. Every unit is cleaned and disinfected after each rental, before it goes back on the truck.
Are you insured?
Yes. Spring Forward Inflatables is fully insured. If your school, church or venue needs a certificate of insurance, ask when you book and we'll send it.
Can I see the rental contract and safety rules?
Yes. A link is in your receipt as soon as you order, or contact our office and we'll send a copy.
Am I responsible if the unit gets damaged?
Not for normal wear and tear; if a seam opens up, tell us right away and we'll take care of it. Damage caused by ignoring the safety rules, like leaving the blower running in high winds, is the renter's responsibility, which is why every renter signs and initials the safety rules.
